We are the newest studio in the Take-Two Interactive family, founded in 2019 and located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our first effort is to build a multiplayer and multiplatform AAA action game which will thrill a diverse community of gamers and have fun while doing it. We prize our creative autonomy as an independent studio, with both the financial and logistical support of 2K Games publishing
Who You Are : You are highly technical and are comfortable problem solving with multiple operating systems (like OS X and Windows) and a range of devices (including desktops/laptops, phone systems, and various mobile devices). You're a fast learner and great communicator who can also assist with the IT needs of the studio with some support from our corporate IT group.
You take ownership and are accountable for the projects and efforts assigned to you.
What We Need: This is a hands-on role focused on desktop support with occasional coding activities in support of development. We'll ask you to be the point person for the studio's computer hardware and software needs where you will troubleshoot, respond to inquiries and find solutions to technical challenges.
Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in deploying and supporting desktops/laptops, phone systems, and various mobile devices with excellent knowledge of networking technologies, particularly with OSI network layers and TCP/IP
  • Expert in Windows and OSX. Some Linux knowledge a plus
  • Good understanding on how to configure and admin Messaging apps, particularly Outlook
  • Understanding of basic networking fundamentals (Routing, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN)
  • Experience supporting network printers; printer queues, printer spooler, printer shares
  • Familiar with device management/MDM
  • Capable with one or more of the following: Python, Java, or Shell script
  • Minimum 5+ years of general Desktop/IT experience
