candidate will have experience developing and administrating ServiceNow.
Candidate must be self-motivated with a proven record of accomplishment in ITSM
technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical
organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Candidate must be
organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to
implement on time to a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities
in a fast moving environment.
Configure Applications using Service-Now tool used in ITIL
Installation and Configuration of different modules of
Responsible for technical implementation of Change
Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog,
Configuration Management, Reporting, Discovery and Integrations.
In charge of carrying out implementation, troubleshooting,
development, and configuration of ServiceNow Applications
System integration using web services and other web-based
technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of related experience
2 years of experience in ServiceNow platform
to detail and complex problem-solving abilities from operational and technical
Excellent Interpersonal skills, Communication skills,
Documentation Skills, problem-solving ability, Analytical and Programming
skills in High speed, Quality conscious and Multi tasked environment.
understanding of ITIL V3.
and technical knowledge of the Service Now platform.
Functional knowledge and implementation experience of
IT Service Management ITSM frameworks and demonstrated project management
skills and experience working directly with customers and clients.
Experience in Application Architecture, Analysis, Technical
Design, Development, Implementation, Performance Tuning, Testing, Configuration
Management and Release/Build management in all stages of Full Software
Development Life Cycle SDLC of software applications using J2EE technologies.
A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB
Experience with other ITSM software (BMC, Landesk, Cherwell, Heat,
Axios, HP,etc.)
