Responsibilities: - Analyze the current performance of Canon's digital platforms on a monthly basis - Determine new opportunities to improve overall customer experience through functionality enhancements for UX/UI changes - Conduct competitive analysis and research to identify any potential gaps within Canon's user experience - Perform A/B testing where applicable through Canon's digital platforms to achieve optimal user flows and customer journey - Maintain digital taxonomy and information architecture to meet customer demand and perception - Support all product stakeholder digital initiatives through user experience leadership - Lead quarterly/bi-annual user testing initiatives to receive updated feedback about overall digital experience - Ensure digital platforms and UI design adheres to web accessibility standards, through alignment with CCD/Web accessibility team - Support UI design efforts and maintain/update digital style guidelines - Seek out new educational opportunities to refine technical UI design skill sets Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic/interactive digital design preferred. or comparable experience in Web Design (minimum of 3-5 years) Must be familiar with coding in HTML5, CSS3.
