Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to develop key automation of back-office workflows and integrations at (ISC). The individual will be designing solutions to reduce clicks, errors, and time needed for a growing number of processes. Success for this role will require working with stakeholders inside and outside the department on a frequent basis. The incumbent may serve as an escalation point for the junior level staff.
Responsibilities
Work with key business stakeholders to identify needs and gaps between back-office platforms Configure, test, and maintain integrations between SaaS platforms (JIRA, Salesforce, Operational Monitoring) Evangelize platform capabilities by developing an engaging experience for end users and a holistic source of information for internal technology teams Demonstrate success of automation activities by developing dashboards and reports for KPIs Create knowledge articles, guided tours, and other similar deliverables to train other staff Provide configuration, guidance, and administrative assistance to other ServiceNow efforts (such as Security Operations or HRSD) Document processes, systems, solutions, and topologies within the automation AOR Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications
B.S. in Information Technology or related field (Experience and/or Industry Certifications may be substituted in lieu of degree) CCSP certification preferred; other industry certifications are also desirable Minimum 5 - 7 years minimum related enterprise-level work experience Experience building ServiceNow integrations through REST Plus 2 + years configuring, administering, and Scripting within ServiceNow required Expertise developing, error handling, and logging of JavaScript required ITIL certification preferred
