JOB DESCRIPTION: The Senior Payment Reform Analyst ("Analyst ") is responsible for developing, operationalizing, maintaining, and monitoring the OneCare Vermont Accountable Care Organization payment reform initiatives. These initiatives include the statewide value-based contracts with payers as well as hospital fixed payment conversions, the Comprehensive Payment Reform program for independent primary care, and other payment reforms yet to be operationalized. This positions requires the applicant to work onsite in South Burlington, Vermont. This is not a remote opportunity. Staff must provide support coverage 24 hours per day, 7 days per we ek.
