Ihre Qualifikationen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP SRM
- Generelle logistische Prozess und SAP Kenntnisse
- Langjährige Erfahrung im SAP AMS (Application Management Service)
- Sie sind aufgeschlossen gegenüber neuen Themenkomplexen, z. B. S/4 HANA, SAP Cloud Anwendungen, etc.
- Kommunikationsstärke, ein sicheres Auftreten und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung zeichnen Sie aus
- WICHTIG: Sehr gute ungarische Sprachkenntnisse, sowie Englisch oder Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- VOR ORT ARBEIT IN UNGARN
Ihre Aufgaben
- Behebung von Störungen im 2nd Level Support für den Bereich SAP SRM
- Umsetzung von Service Requests und Changes im SRM Umfeld inklusive Customizing
- Fachliche Beratung des Endkunden
- Selbstständige Durchführung von kleineren Projekten bezüglich SRM Modul
- Beratung unserer Kunden in allen Fragen zu ihren Geschäftsprozessen im Bereich SRM Bereich
- Dokumentieren und pflegen der Prozesse, Konfigurationen und Lösungen
