Cloud Applications Business Process Analyst (Contract)
Location: London Country: UK Rate: £460 - £500 per day + outside of IR35, remote
Cloud Applications Business Process Analyst is required by a large technology innovation organisation to join their team working on some of the most innovative projects in the UK.
You will be responsible for:
- identyfying and analysing business needs, gathering requirements, defining scope and objectives
- utilising cloud based ERP applications (eg: Salesforce, Dynamics365 Finance and Operations, Dynamics365 Business Central etc..) to achieve required business outcomes
- managing documentation of the projects
- data gathering, root cause analysis, gap analysis and performance trending analysis in support of process changes
- user acceptance testing
Required experience and skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst in a SaaS environment.
- Strong expertise in cloud-based ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in performing gap analyses and identifying improvement initiatives.
- Agile
- Strong communication skills
